It has really made acreage work much easier and faster. It has been

want to thank you for your help in obtaining an owner's manual for my
824 tractor. I tried to order one through a
local dealer, but they indicated that a printed copy from the internet
was all that was available - and what they sent
was incomplete. Your company not only helped with the book, but
also helped with questions. I had several
questions about where to check fluids and what fluids to use.
Again, I was unable to get satisfactory answers from
the local dealer; however, I was given the extension of your mechanic and
he professionally, promptly, and politely
answered my questions.
I am located several miles from you - but will likely look to you for
assistance with further business I may have with
my 824. I appreciate the time and effort that was extended from a
company hundreds of miles away that was not
extended by a company only a few miles away. I have also been
disappointed with the service I've experienced lately
with several businesses. Nevertheless, yours has reminded me of
what customer service is all about.

own a horse boarding facility and recently purchased a 40 HP FOTON.
In the past, I used a 1942 tractor that
basically only pulled the manure spreader. The FOTON has been a
real life saver. It runs great and is easy to
operate. Being a woman and working most of the time alone, it is
important to me that I can handle the tractor
and change the attachments by myself with ease. Plus, I appreciate

I am
surprised how much power my 404 has, yet its diesel engine is very economical
and uses little fuel.
The 4 wheel drive comes in handy while working in the timber & also makes
snow removal much easier & quicker.
