background
information on our FOTON tractors...
FOTON tractors are manufactured in Weifang, China, by
FOTON
Heavy Industries. In
addition to tractors,
they
produce
combines,
dozers, excavators, cranes and other
construction equipment - as
well as cars, trucks,
motorcycles, etc.
FOTON HI imports components such as the LUK clutches
(Germany) and the Dana & Carraco front axles
(Italy) from world-famous
suppliers
to put in the 82 HP and larger models. FOTON HI is
the No. 1
manufacturer in
China for
agricultural machinery, and is among
the top five
in construction machinery.
Mayer Farm Implement has been selling FOTON tractors
since June
of 2005.
We are selling the tractors retail, as
well as setting up dealers across the US.
There is a two year
warranty on all of our FOTON tractors. All major
components
are covered, both parts & labor. We have a large
supply of parts on
hand and take pride in servicing
what we sell.
We have sold over 225 tractors in the last three years, and many of these have been sold outside of
our service area
(200 mile radius from Des Moines). However, any
mechanic can service them if warranty work
is necessary.
Our goal is to provide high quality tractors and
equipment
at a reasonable price.
